Cornerstone is by far one of the best companies I have ever pleasure of dealing with, and choosing them to handle my billing was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my business. After doing my own billing for many years I was very reluctant to have someone else do it for me. But after only the first day, I saw that what was taking me three days to accomplish was being reduced to no more than five minutes! Cornerstone’s Billing Service is ideal for the alarm industry. Having Cornerstone doing the monthly recurring billing and daily payment posting saves time and money, yet lets us stay involved in the process and know exactly where things stand.
Their service allows us to spend our time in other areas besides recurring billing. Service can be billed immediately from our home office. We have operated this program for quite some time, and are still finding features that save us time! The program is easy to operate, easy to learn, and easy to navigate. And any questions can be answered through the built-in ‘Support Log’ or by a quick phone call to Cornerstone…you are not just ‘winging’ it.

Being able to use the invoice to communicate with my customers is a real asset. Due to a police decision to not respond to ´unverified alarms´, we implemented an Alarm Response Service. We used the invoice to communicate what the service is and gave the customers the opportunity to opt out of the service on the back of the remittance coupon.
